Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to be a Ticket Scanner.
A Ticket Scanner welcomes guests, scans reservation tickets, assists with questions, manages lines, and enjoys interacting with the public to create a positive guest experience. Most shifts are 6-8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays only. This position is during our Pumpkin Patch from September 26th – October 31st on Saturdays and Sundays with paid training prior. (Wage range: $19 – $21)

  • Starting Wage: $19 per hour
  • Eligible for “Bonus Pay”: $2 per Hour

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scan and validate reservation tickets for entry.
  • Answer guest questions and provide directions or information as needed.
  • Manage entry lines to ensure an organized and efficient guest flow.
  • Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work throughout the entire event of September 26th – October 31st, 2026.
  • Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
  • Must be available to complete standard training.
  • Work on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts.
  • Must be able to get to and from work.
  • Please only select days that you are available the entire time span of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for up to an 8 hour shift.
