Ticket Scanner
Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to be a Ticket Scanner.
A Ticket Scanner welcomes guests, scans reservation tickets, assists with questions, manages lines, and enjoys interacting with the public to create a positive guest experience. Most shifts are 6-8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays only. This position is during our Pumpkin Patch from September 26th – October 31st on Saturdays and Sundays with paid training prior. (Wage range: $19 – $21)
- Starting Wage: $19 per hour
- Eligible for “Bonus Pay”: $2 per Hour
Core Job Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scan and validate reservation tickets for entry.
- Answer guest questions and provide directions or information as needed.
- Manage entry lines to ensure an organized and efficient guest flow.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work throughout the entire event of September 26th – October 31st, 2026.
- Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
- Must be available to complete standard training.
- Work on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts.
- Must be able to get to and from work.
