Santa’s Village Event Staff

Position Summary

Irvine Park Railroad is hiring seasonal event staff for Santa’s Village.  This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the game booths, activity locations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a positive personality and a drive for quality interactions with all guests. This position is during our Santa’s Village from November 28th – December 30th (Closed December 24th & 25th) with paid training prior. (Wage range: $17.50 – $20)

  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per Hour
  • Eligible for “Bonus Pay”: $2 per Hour
  • Lunch Available at no cost.
  • Paid training

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Setting up activity locations.
  • Opening and closing game booths.
  • Keeping prizes stocked.
  • Collecting appropriate amount of tickets at booths.
  • Interacting with customers and answering questions.
  • Ensuring that families have a great experience.

Requirements

  • Minors under 18 years old must have a valid work permit.
  • Must be available throughout the entire event.
  • Event Dates: November 28th – December 30th (Closed December 24th & 25th)
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work.
  • Must be able to get to and from work.
  • Please only select days that you are available the entire time span of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for up to an 8 hour shift.
