


4th Grade California History Education Program

Irvine Park Railroad has created a California History Education Program that meets the curriculum requirements for fourth grade, history-social science content standards for California public schools (Section 4.3 and one-half of Section 4.4).
Cost: $12.50 per student (minumum 75 students) ■ $3.00 per adult ■ Teachers are FREE!
Field trip dates scheduled Monday through Friday (only) during the months of February and March.

Field trips begin at 9:30 am and last approximately 2 1/2 hours. A Party Pavilion will be available if students and teachers choose to bring their lunch and enjoy it at the end of the tour.

This standards-based field trip is for 4th grade elementary school children. The field trip fulfills Grade Four State of California curriculum requirements. Irvine Regional Park is located in Orange County and is a short drive from Los Angeles County, San Diego County and Riverside County.
